Guest rooms are ready from 4:00 pm, and departure is by 11:00 am. The reception team can hold luggage when timing does not line up.

Driving is simplest. Rail service reaches North Vale Station, where pre-arranged taxis make the remaining 35-minute trip. Limited bus service stops in Vale Ridge.
One parking space per room is included. Accessible spaces sit closest to the main entrance, and additional event parking is assigned when needed.
